These workshops combine the wisdom of the enneagram with specific clearing techniques to help us eliminate the habitual thoughts and actions that enslaves us to our personality. We explore the Enneagram in the tradition of Don Riso and Russ Hudson of the Enneagram Institute, in particular working through the 9 levels of development within each type, focusing on understanding ourselves, and our relationship with the world; reducing the tyranny of the basic fears, basic desires and the parental orientation of each type.
The Level I workshop is a deep introduction to the Enneagram, to introduce ourselves to ourselves, with a skew towards self-awareness and self-development.
