Tapping for Enneagram Types

If you have taken the free Enneagram test, you may want to tap for your highest 2 or 3 scores in order to lessen the impact of the “lower levels” of your type on your life. In the this case we are less concerned with what “type” you are, and more interested in your high scores. These represent the issues that are affecting your life right now. These are statements which I have used with some of my clients. You may find it useful. The text have been adapted from 2 books:

Find a time and space where you can be alone with yourself. Once a day, tap while reading the statements for your type or your top scores. Do this for 3 to 7 days, leave it for 7 days, then pick up the statements again. Tap for those that resonate with you for another 3 days. You may find that your basic fears, basic desires, energy habits have started to change….
