On Reflection

The purpose of InnerLynx Strategies is to help people help other people express their essential natures. The principles we follow are Simplicity, Sovereignty and Sustainability.

At the end of the day, it doesn’t take much to sustain life. It doesn’t take much to be happy and at equilibrium. Sometimes less is more. We spend so much time accumulating material, concepts and baggage to attach to our ego. We constantly need to be better, faster, more than our neighbors. We end up running round and round, like a dog chasing his tail. We have become a society of human havings rather than human beings. Life is harmonious if guided by Simplicity, Sovereignty and Sustainability.

In simplifying life, we shed the excess baggage.  Simplicity doesn’t mean poverty or an impoverish way of life. Simplicity sometimes means spending more upfront for something that is of a lasting and beautiful quality. Work less, live more, abide in abundance. We all want to shed baggage.  People tell you “don’t be angry” or “don’t be sad”, but they don’t tell you how.  Energy-based techniques are quick and effective, especially when used together with self-development practices.

“I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived. I wanted to live deep and suck all the marrow of life….” – Henry David Thoreau
